I had an incredible experience getting my conch pierced by Elmo. I have a needle phobia and booked my piercing on a whim after reading other people's reviews. I had previously had my lobes done with a piercing gun and remember this being really sore so was very nervous. Elmo was so calm and reassuring from the moment I entered the room and explained everything that was being done, even going as far to not showing me the needle and not getting this out until everything had been set up and marked. I was given the option for a countdown or to take a deep breath in, of which I chose the latter. I honestly felt nothing but a little bit of pressure and even went as far as thinking this hadn't been done yet! I was given options of what jewellery would look good in the piercing and advice of how to care for this. Overall I had an amazing experience with Elmo, it was so quick and effective. I will be 100% be back for another piercing. Thank you so much for making my experience a positive one and I love my new piercing!
